Here are answers to some of the most common questions about Rentoology’s AI Employees, subscriptions, and setup process.
After payment, you’ll be redirected to our Calendly booking page where you can schedule your setup call. Following the meeting, you’ll receive an onboarding form to provide your business details, website, documents, and any specific requirements needed to build your AI employee.
Tier 1 is typically ready within 24–48 hours.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 setups may take 3–7 working days depending on integrations (calendar, CRM, APIs) and workflow complexity.
Tier 1 includes standard email support.
Tier 2 includes priority support.
Tier 3 includes a dedicated account manager for ongoing assistance, optimisation, and technical updates.
Yes. All plans are monthly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Your AI employee will remain active until the end of your billing period.
You don’t need technical knowledge. During onboarding, you provide your website link, PDFs, service details, or FAQs. We build a custom knowledge base so your AI employee answers based on your business information.
Yes. Tier 2 and Tier 3 include live booking integrations (Calendly or Google Calendar). The bot checks availability in real time and confirms appointments automatically.
