At Rentoology, we aim for your satisfaction with our AI Employee services.

Subscription Refunds:

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of the first payment if the service has not been used

  • No refunds are provided for partial use or completed services

Cancellation:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time

  • Upon cancellation, access remains until the end of the current billing cycle

How to Request a Refund:

  • Email Info@Rentoology.com with your account details and reason for refund

  • Our team will review and respond within 5 business days

Exceptions:
Refunds may not apply to custom services, setup fees, or any payments for completed work.
